Invasion of the Pizzamen

While I was away men dressed in Domino's Pizza boxes began to appear on the streets of Market Harborough. The official line was that it was connected with the company's new outlet in the town, but I'm convinced there's more too it than that.

You see, there are more of them every day. And now, as the photograph shows, there are Pizzawomen too.

In a few days most of the town's population will be standing on the street in pizza boxes. The few of us left will form the Resistance, only to see our trusted comrades clad in cardboard the next day.

For the love of God send help. Send it before it's too...

A new series of Dr. Who being filmed, apparently. Cutbacks in the costume budget and compensatory product placement to blame.

This is a more sophisticated (and safer) upgrade from the idiocy just down the road from me, where frequently, even when its windy, one of their employees has stood outside the shop holding a large sheet of cardboard on which is pasted a similar poster (and trying to stop it and him blowing away, perhaps into the path of passing traffic).
